MCM Manufacturing Pty Limited have documented safety systems designed for continuous improvement.

Our formalised and mature OH & S system is producing excellent results, reducing lost time injuries (LTI’s) to a minimum. (As can be seen below)

The objectives of our system are:

• To maintain a safe & healthy workplace.
• To consult and cooperate with our employees on OH&S issues.
• To make available and maintain all necessary safety equipment.
• To allocate appropriately trained people to manage the OH&S system.
• To Conform to the requirements and recommendations of relevant regulations, codes of practice and Australian Standards.

All of our staff undergo training in safe working practices prior to commencing employment.

Should one of our employees suffer a work place injury our rehabilitation system and trained rehabilitation coordinator will ensure a speedy recovery.

Many of our employees are trained in first aid and confined space management.
