MCM Manufacturing Pty Limited has over 220 qualified welding procedures associated with the following materials:
Copper Aluminium Stainless Steel All Carbon Steels	Duplex Cast Iron Chrome Moly
Gear Rim	We have a highly skilled and competent workforce able to produce welds to the highest quality standards. Our welders regularly produce welds for radiographic and ultrasonic examination. We employ Welding Supervisors and Welding Inspectors who assist in the development of new welding procedures and ensure compliance to existing procedures.

We utilise only modern welding equipment and have the following processes available: MMAW GMAW SAW FCAW GTAW	Pad Welding
